Notice is hereby given that
on 18th March 16 an application was made to South Gloucestershire Licensing
authority by Hanham Community Centre for a variation to a premises license
under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as Hanham Community Centre
Sports Ground (Abbots Road). This application transitions a club premises
certificate to a premises licence.
The application is intended to vary
the permitted hours: (1) Live music from 14:00-00:00 (Thur-Sat), 14:00-22:30
(Sun), until 00:30 (Bank Holidays, Xmas Eve, New Years Eve and two annual
events), (2) Recorded music from 12:00-23:00 (Sun-Thur), 12:00-00:00 (Fri-Sat),
until 00:30 (Bank Holidays, Xmas Eve, New Years Eve and two annual events), (3)
Supply of Alcohol 11:00-23:00 (Sun-Thur), 11:00-00:30 (Fri, Sat, Xmas Eve, New
Years Eve, Bank Holidays and special events), (4) Premises Hours of 08:00-23:30
(Sun-Thur), 08:00-01:00 (Fri, Sat, Bank Holidays, Xmas Eve, New Years Eve and
special events), and from 07:00 to support sporting activities on a weekend and
Bank Holidays, (5) Remove and consolidation of some conditions.
The
application may be inspected at this Hanham Community Centre between 9am and
4pm weekdays or at the licensing authority premises. Representation by
interested parties or responsible authorities should be made in writing to the
relevant licensing services by 18th April 16. It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, subject
to a maximum fine of £5000.
